At Yolo Land & Cattle Co., we can help turn an already special day into one you’ll always cherish. Our secluded, working cattle ranch offers numerous locations for adventurous couples willing to try something off the beaten path. A cattle ranch may not be the first choice for folks who prefer black tie extravagance, but it presents a perfect backdrop when a western theme is desired. Our ranch is rustic and rural, but we have hosted several elegant events and weddings. Each wedding has been a positive, memorable experience for the bride and groom. Above all else, we offer a scenic, relaxing and peaceful setting for you and your guests.

The Headquarters Area

Our headquarters area features outdoor seating for over 100 people under shade trees. With additional tent rentals, we have hosted as many as 400 at this facility. About 30- 40 people can be comfortably seated inside the headquarters building. We offer two restrooms for moderate sized events (up to 75 people), and additional portable restrooms can be rented for larger groups. Inside the headquarters we have kitchen facilities available for caterers to use. The headquarters floor is concrete, and the outside area is gravel and decomposed granite. In addition, we have a large lawn and horse shoe pit for recreation or tent placement. Parking is plentiful at this site. With a gravel base in the parking lot, this site is best suited for events on days when the weather might be inclement.
Weddings On The Ranch

The “Red Barn”

Built in the early 1900’s, our vintage hay barn provides a secluded, ambient setting for weddings. You will hear no sirens here to interrupt your ceremony, only a gobble of a wild turkey, or the soft call of a dove.

Guests may need to rent a diesel generator for lighting or other electrical needs. The barn is currently amenity free, except for running water. We have small generators available for rent, but for larger events, guests may need to rent a diesel generator for lighting or other electrical needs. Guests will also need to rent portable toilets for sanitation.
Surrounded by grand old oak trees, and situated next to a seasonal picturesque creek, the tranquility of this setting is unmatched in Yolo County. Adjacent to the barn is a magnificent oak tree that has provided a backdrop for numerous wedding ceremonies.

Parking is virtually unlimited at this location, due to its proximity to open fields.
